2) creation

(today) Tracked two sounds in and of the house with Zoom H4. Listened to one for years, the other months, before making time to capture. This artifact log insists such acts be carried out whereas they would otherwise marinate indefinitely. Wrote dream of two days ago, captured well because of promptness.

DAILY ARTIFACT LOG - GOAL

My artifacts are not stillborn or arrested in early development so much by unresolved planning or structural defects but instead are slowly pinched off by small stoppers and momentum-less days. The creative effort not lost to hemorrhage but leached off by the routine everyday droplets. The late arriving echo audience hardly privy to the daily toil that piles the artifacts for a lifetime before their immediate awareness, appraisal, and acquisition. Deadlines aid the effort but are product-bound and necessarily presume an audience / patron / publisher / distributor / and such.
