1) creation

(last few days) several productive hours on ...fence posts rotting in the acreage... chapter 11. six months of no progress, a series of images stopping up the momentum until a few nights ago and an elaborate referencing of patterns, placement and sizing condensed five pages to three and immediately through, on to ten pages of two rows, all coming into alignment. euphoric.

DAILY ARTIFACT LOG - GOAL

My artifacts are not stillborn or arrested in early development so much by unresolved planning or structural defects but instead are slowly pinched off by small stoppers and momentum-less days. The creative effort not lost to hemorrhage but leached off by the routine everyday droplets. The late arriving echo audience hardly privy to the daily toil that piles the artifacts for a lifetime before their immediate awareness, appraisal, and acquisition. Deadlines aid the effort but are product-bound and necessarily presume an audience / patron / publisher / distributor / and such.
