2) creation

(last week) after several months of no forward movement on ...fence posts rotting in the acreage... book 3 finally past a seeming impossible block of what comes next. months of trying different pieces, deletion, addition, rearrangement... now on through. still the continued drippings into the notebook, filling pages for years of future fence post runs.

DAILY ARTIFACT LOG - GOAL

My artifacts are not stillborn or arrested in early development so much by unresolved planning or structural defects but instead are slowly pinched off by small stoppers and momentum-less days. The creative effort not lost to hemorrhage but leached off by the routine everyday droplets. The late arriving echo audience hardly privy to the daily toil that piles the artifacts for a lifetime before their immediate awareness, appraisal, and acquisition. Deadlines aid the effort but are product-bound and necessarily presume an audience / patron / publisher / distributor / and such.
