2) creation

(yesterday) bought various adapters for mini-plugs and other formats I am now dealing with in transferring audio for oral history project.
tracked one oral history segment from micro cassette. what a horrid format.
for the first time in a decade could listen to the few micro cassettes I have left from all those I destroyed. voices of who I was, complete feel of the shallowness and hollow heart. several times almost destroying these as well. I took such pains to kill who I was that even the thin voices coming through on the tapes is moments of life he should not have. what a fuckhead, should have done him in years earlier than the 1997 period.

DAILY ARTIFACT LOG - GOAL

My artifacts are not stillborn or arrested in early development so much by unresolved planning or structural defects but instead are slowly pinched off by small stoppers and momentum-less days. The creative effort not lost to hemorrhage but leached off by the routine everyday droplets. The late arriving echo audience hardly privy to the daily toil that piles the artifacts for a lifetime before their immediate awareness, appraisal, and acquisition. Deadlines aid the effort but are product-bound and necessarily presume an audience / patron / publisher / distributor / and such.
